1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be available if:
- The item received is significantly different from the product description (e.g., wrong item, defective, or damaged upon arrival).
- The item does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, and the seller cannot provide proof of shipment or delivery.
- The purchase was made in error, and the seller agrees to cancel the order before shipment.
- Applicable laws require a refund (e.g., for faulty goods under consumer protection regulations).
Refunds are not guaranteed for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind, unless the seller's policy explicitly allows it.
- Digital products, downloadable items, or personalized/custom-made goods, which are generally non-refundable.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" in the listing.
- Perishable goods, undergarments, or hygiene products for health and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
- Timeframe: Requests for returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date if the item did not arrive). Some sellers may offer shorter or longer windows—check the product listing.
- Initiating a Return: Log into your PalmyraHub account, go to your order history, and select "Request Return/Refund." Provide details, including photos of the item if applicable, and the reason for the return.
- Seller Approval: The seller will review your request within 7 business days. If approved, you will receive return instructions, including shipping labels where applicable.
- Shipping Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent). Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, the seller will inspect the returned item. Refunds will only be processed if the item meets the return criteria.
3. Refund Process
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If that's not possible, we may offer store credit or an alternative method.
- Timeline: Once the return is approved and the item is received (if required), refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. Payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In cases of partial returns or deductions (e.g., for missing accessories or damage), the seller may issue a partial refund.
- Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error. Restocking fees may apply if specified by the seller.
4. Disputes
If you disagree with a seller's decision, you may open a dispute through PalmyraHub's resolution center within 7 days of the seller's response. Provide evidence to support your claim. PalmyraHub will review the case and may mediate or decide in favor of one party. Our decision is final and binding.
We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from disputes, and participation in the dispute process does not guarantee a favorable outcome.
5. Exceptions and Special Cases
- International Purchases: Additional customs fees, duties, or international shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for compliance with local laws.
- Force Majeure: Refunds may be delayed or denied due to events beyond control, such as natural disasters or pandemics.
- Abuse: Repeated refund requests or policy abuse may result in account restrictions or termination.
6. Changes to Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with the updated date. Continued use of PalmyraHub constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
